Fastlane to Interviews:
If You Want a New Job This Year, Stop Taking the Wrong Bus
Last week, I asked about your biggest challenge in the job search.
The answer was clear.
Most of you are sending more than 50 applications to get one interview.
Some of you are sending 100 or even 200.
As a recruiter, I see this all the time.
People work hard.
They spend hours searching, applying, and rewriting their CV.
But they still struggle to get interviews.
Imagine you want to get from Munich to Hamburg.
Would you get on the first bus that arrives and hope it takes you there?
Of course not.
You would first check whether that bus is actually going to Hamburg.
Many job-seekers apply for every role that looks interesting.
They get on any bus.
And then wonder why interviews never come.
Why they never arrive in Hamburg.
The goal is not to send more applications.
The goal is to apply to the right opportunities and get more interviews.
That’s exactly what we’ll cover in my July workshop.
Fastlane to Interviews

• How recruiters decide who gets invited to interviews
• How to identify opportunities where you have a realistic chance

• How to use AI to assess opportunities before you apply
• How to focus your efforts on roles that can move your job search forward
This is not another CV workshop.
It’s a practical system to help you spend less time applying and more time interviewing.
If your goal is to find a new job this year, reply with July Workshop and I’ll send you the details when the enrolment is open.
